Special Notes:

1. Teams must arrive by Thursday evening for possible early play on Friday morning.
   
2. We will be using the super series age requirements which is May 1st.
   
3. Coaches are responsibility to bring birth certificates for all players. Birth certificates will be checked prior to each teams 1st game on Saturday morning. Coaches must also have birth certificates available upon request if a player's age is challenged.
   
4. No team(s) will be allowed to participate until the following paperwork has been received and approved by the Telluride Baseball Festival:
   

   All fees paid before deadline - $350.00 before May 15, $350.00 after May 15th. Application/Release form completely filled out and signed. Current proof of insurance listing the Telluride Baseball Festival as additionally insured.Information sheet as to which hotel your team will be staying at. Super Series Current Certificate of Registration. Team roster completely filled out. Partial rosters will not be accepted.

5. Once your team's fees and application/release form have been received, you will receive a tournament confirmation within 10 days of being processed.
